Leadership Philosophy.
Courageous . Tempered . Resilient
My leadership philosophy draws its strength from the unyielding ability to kindle inspiration, cement unwavering solidarity within a team, and doggedly chase the ambitions of those entrusted to my guidance. A genuine leader is not merely an individual striving for personal greatness but an embodiment of humility and composure in the company of those they lead. This approach takes inspiration from the indomitable leadership of Ernest Shackleton, reflecting a resolute commitment to triumph over challenges and inspire unparalleled dedication from the team.
Over the last eight years I've had the privilege to work with many different organizations. Some of my leadership opportunities include: Lead aquatic field technician, Assistant trails manager, camp climbing director, high school trail crew leader, climbing wall manager, college student life coordinator, ecological hike leader, and raft guide. Throughout all these positions there has been individuals who do not hold leadership positions; however, contribute so much towards the groups goals. Although I have had professional leadership opportunities, I could not have had the chance without the backing of my community the entire time.
