Coordinated some of the biggest alpine Wilderness meadow restoration initiatives in the state of CA
Championed Low Tech Process Based Restoration techniques across the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range
Trained the summer seasons crew including contractors, staff, and two half term AmeriCorps members
Monitored 14 alpine meadows in both pre and post construction status
Re-created the software design for the entire TU CA Inland Chapters scientific monitoring initiative

Led complex and detail oriented monitoring initiatives with minimal remote support.
Kept above 90% completion for the entire sampling season
28 unique sampling protocols done 112 times at two different sites over 12 weeks
Stewarded positive relations with other researchers as a National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) representative.
Led watershed science lesson plans for grade 6 students
Guided students down Class III rapids
Led coniferous forest ecology hikes for grad 6-9 students

Developed and implemented system wide trail signage needs for 6o miles of trail
Created, marketed, and hosted trail user group cohesion events names “For the love of trails”. 100+ attendance including live music, local trail company kiosks and public land management discussions.
Marketed, managed, and Implemented a volunteer based program managing A educational booth sharing trail etiquette threw interactive games and prizes. The volunteer “Trail Ambassadors” were comprised of 50+ individuals, groups, and clubs who want to get more involved in positive trail management. A trail survey was developed to gain useful feed back.
Updated Washoe Counties trails Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Leave No Trace (LNT) initiatives.
